JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Deliver quality, educational instruction to elementary and middle school-aged students in a class and one-on-one environment from the provided curriculum for STEM topics including&nbsp;AI - Artificial Intelligence,&nbsp;Coding, Robotics, Minecraft, Roblox, Game Design, Video Production for YouTube, STEM &amp; Medicine, 3D Modeling, All-Girls STEAM, Science, Digital Art, Graphic Design, Filmmaking, Digital Animation, and more</li>
<li>Assist with the setup and maintenance of on-site computer hardware, software, and internet connectivity</li>
<li>Provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical support to staff and students</li>
<li>Communicate tech issues quickly and effectively to company headquarters and offer solutions</li>
<li>Perform weekly inventory management and tracking</li>
<li>Be a positive role model for campers and staff, arriving every day with an inclusive, professional, and upbeat attitude</li>

QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Education, training, or experience in Computer Science, Education, Engineering, Graphic Design, Digital Art, Digital Animation, Film, or related STEM fields</li>
<li>A background in working with kids and teens is highly recommended, but not required</li>
<li>Willingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlook</li>
<li>Deep appreciation for teamwork and drive to be part of a high-level team</li>
<li>Candidates must demonstrate flexibility, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills</li>
<li>Required clearances, or ability to obtain them prior to start date. Lavner Education will reimburse employees for the costs of clearances if they need to be obtained</li>

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to teach in an urban, college‑preparatory environment and possess strong academic and technological expertise. Missouri State Teaching Certification is preferred (Master’s degree preferred).
<h3>The employed person is expected to:</h3>
Articulate and uphold the policies, procedures, mission, and vision of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of St. Louis and Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School. Design and deliver a standards‑based Esports curriculum aligned with college‑ and career‑readiness goals. Teach strategic gameplay analysis, teamwork, communication, leadership, and ethical digital behavior. Integrate project‑based learning connected to game design, streaming, broadcasting, analytics, coding, or digital marketing. Foster academic accountability and maintain eligibility requirements for student participants. Manage classroom technology, gaming equipment, and software responsibly. Utilize instructional technology, Google applications, and the school’s online student data systems. Maintain a classroom culture that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Candidates must also demonstrate a commitment to the vocation of teaching and strong collaboration skills with colleagues and administrators.
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
● Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field (required; Master’s preferred) ● Knowledge of competitive Esports structures and team‑based gaming strategy ● Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading student programs (preferred) ● Strong classroom‑management and organizational skills ● Understanding of digital citizenship, online safety, and student data privacy

Salary based on degree level and years of experience (somewhat negotiable); includes a comprehensive benefits package.
