Overview:
Position will report directly to the Administrative Chair of Allied Health and provides instruction for the Medical Coder and Health Information management programs in subjects such as medical transcription, medical records administration, and medical coding.

Responsibilities:
<ol><li>Provide instruction for assigned classes.</li><li>Remain current with industry needs and assure graduate outcomes that meet the workplace expectations.</li><li>Develop and maintain industry relationships.</li><li>Engage in ongoing student learning assessment to determine effectiveness of instruction and curriculum.</li><li>Create a classroom/lab environment that is respectful of diversity and demonstrates a commitment to multiculturalism.</li><li>Maintain accurate student records and reports as requested by administrative offices.</li><li>Identify students needing assistance and refer students to Student Services. Job Description:

Brains &amp; Motion is currently looking for Floater Instructors to join our team, providing instructional support across multiple schools in a designated area. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for STEAM or sports who want to impact students&rsquo; lives positively. As a Floater Instructor, you will fill in for scheduled instructors, ensuring students receive high-quality education and mentorship. When not assigned to teach, you may assist with program inventory and other operational tasks.

In this role, you will:

<ul>
	<li>Lead STEAM and Sports activities, guiding students to explore, create, and grow their skills.</li>
	<li>Teach the fundamentals of various activities, from beginner to advanced, ensuring each student can progress at their own pace.</li>
	<li>Foster a collaborative, positive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.</li>
	<li>Deliver BAM! STEAM/Sports programs, including subjects like Coding (Python &amp; Scratch), Robotics, Digital Arts, Game Design, Creative Writing, Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Flag Football, and more.</li>
	<li>Serve as a substitute instructor at different program locations as needed.</li>
	<li>Assist with program inventory, preparation, and other assigned tasks when not actively teaching.</li>

Qualifications:

	<li>1-2 years of experience in STEAM, Arts, or Sports, with a passion for working with youth.</li>
	<li>Previous teaching or coaching experience (Preferred).</li>

	<li>Flexibility to travel between program locations; reliable transportation and a valid driver&rsquo;s license or State ID required.</li>
