The Command Language Program (CLP) Support is responsible for providing customer service, administrative support, and resource/facilities functions 100% of the time. *<strong>This position is pending award.</strong></p><p>Requirements</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide customer service, staff support, and resource/facilities functions.</li><li>Control and maintain an extensive inventory of materials, publications, equipment, and other assigned facility resources.</li><li>Assist customers (in person, via email or phone) in the selection and checkout of materials (per local Government policy) and orientation to the use of language facility resources.</li><li>Support staff and instructors with such administrative functions as copying, typing, duplication of classroom materials such as A/V and multi-media, training aids, classroom setup and tear down, coordination with the Contractor Office Representative for supplies, and other similar tasks.</li><li>Schedule facility resources and learning activities/events, as well as monitoring the use of facility resources.</li><li>Generate word-processed or data-based reports on attendance, inventories, scheduling, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>SECURITY CLEARANCE: </strong>All personnel hired are required to possess and maintain a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation as a condition of employment.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of CLP support.</li><li>Familiarity with foreign languages and/or training.</li><li>Possess military experience, preferred military linguist and knowledge of Command Language Programs (CLP), that have additional expertise in manipulating excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Schedule, web-based systems, PowerPoint, and other software programs.</li><li>Possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to work effectively with government and contract staff.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting<strong> </strong>a language training contract.</li><li>3 years of CLP support experience.</li></ul><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong> 8-hour shifts.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>PAY RANGE:</strong></p><p>Pay Range: Pay rate commensurate to SCA rate per work location.&nbsp;</p><p>Ascensus Global Inc.
