DescriptionThe Security Operations Manager is responsible for the comprehensive safety and security of a Class-A commercial high-rise office tower and its occupants by coordinating and overseeing contracted security services and ensuring effective day-to-day execution of physical security operations. This role serves as the on-site leader for security operations, acting as the managing agent for contracted guard services while ensuring alignment with ownership’s physical security posture, program, and policies at every level—from organizational culture and strategic intent through to procedures and day-to-day execution. As a key member of the property management team, this individual partners closely with building ownership, including the Enterprise Security team, and tenants to support a safe, professional, and well-managed property environment, and contributes to the development and continuous improvement of security policies, procedures, and protocols. The position requires strong operational leadership, vendor management, and incident response capabilities, with a focus on delivering a safe, secure, and well-managed environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.
