Job Title:                Automation Engineer
 
SUMMARY- 
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/Automation Engineer/Systems Integrator to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating advanced AI technologies into manufacturing processes, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role requires a hands-on professional with a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, automation systems, and systems integration.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)-

<li> Integration of AI Technologies: Design, develop, and implement AI solutions to automate and optimize manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into existing workflows and machinery.</li>
<li> System Analysis and Design: Analyze current manufacturing systems to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration. Develop detailed design specifications and functional requirements.</li>
<li> Algorithm Development: Create and deploy machine learning algorithms and models to predict, analyze, and enhance manufacturing outcomes.</li>
<li> Project Management: Lead and manage AI integration projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.</li>
<li> Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large sets of manufacturing data to train AI models. Ensure data integrity and security throughout the process.</li>
<li> Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, implementing improvements and updates as necessary to maintain optimal performance.</li>
<li> Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and training to manufacturing teams on the use and maintenance of AI systems.</li>
</ul>
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE-
<ul>
<li> Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field.</li>
<li> Experience: Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and automation within a manufacturing environment. Strong background in systems integration and project management.</li>
<li> Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and C++. Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation protocols.</li>
<li> Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.</li>
<li> Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li> Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.</li>
<li> Industry Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation engineering.</li>
<li> Experience with Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with IoT, edge computing, and advanced robotics as they pertain to manufacturing.</li>
