Assignments include, but are not limited to, receiving, inspecting, preparing, storing, and delivering supplies, instruments, and equipment.  <li>Prepares case carts for surgical procedures. Ensures that necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and ready for use.</li>
 <li>Receives, cleans, checks, maintains, stores and delivers medical supplies, equipment and machinery.</li>
 <li>Cleans, prepares, and operates sterilizers, washers, and decontamination equipment.</li>
 <li>Standard test packs and conducts sterilizer tests with biological monitors according to procedure.</li>
 <li>Labels supplies with lot numbers as applicable.</li>
 <li>Maintains clean, safe and orderly work environment.</li>
 <li>Assists in orientation of personnel newly assigned to area as required.</li>
 <li>Attends educational/developmental programs as assigned.</li>
 <li>Demonstrates effective judgment and ability to understand, react effectively and treat (if appropriate) unique needs of patient age groups served.</li>
 <li>Performs other related duties as required. Utilizes new improvements and/or technology that relate to job assignment.</li>
