<p>Position Summary:</p>

<p>The Data Processor is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of data into Dealer Management Systems and Manufacturer Systems. Specifically, they execute clerical entry of recall campaigns and PDI/maintenance claims to WPI claim handling standards. <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p>

<p>&bull; Verify received repair orders against information in the dealership&rsquo;s Dealer</p>

<p>Management Systems (DMS) to prepare for claim submission and completion,</p>

<p>ensuring the account is maintained accurately to payment expectations and</p>

<p>does not lose warranty money owed.</p>

<p>&bull; Maintain positive communication and interactions with staff at WPI.</p>

<p>&bull; Maintain and update account specifics and handling requirements to ensure</p>

<p>backups for accounts are provided with knowledge of account requests.</p>

<p>&bull; Maintain accurate records of claims throughout all steps of the process,</p>

<p>updating claim notes daily with accurate detail.</p>

<p>&bull; Respond to communications in a timely manner and within WPI expectations.</p>

<p>&bull; Communicate training or resources needed as required to execute</p>

<p>responsibilities efficiently.</p>

<p>&bull; Self-Report all issues identified.</p>

<p>&bull; Review all warranty repair orders for accuracy, communicating any</p>

<p>inconsistencies noted with customers as necessary.</p>
