Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Accurately input and process customer orders into the company's database or order management system.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and precise handling of all aspects of order processing, from order entry to fulfillment.</li>
<li>Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's inventory system.</li>
<li>Regularly update inventory records to reflect stock levels, ensuring accurate availability information.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the inventory control team to address discrepancies and implement corrective measures.</li>
<li>Coordinate the shipment of LTL orders, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with logistics and shipping departments to arrange timely and cost-effective deliveries.</li>
<li>Verify and correctly price customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product pricing and applicable discounts.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve any pricing discrepancies.</li>
<li>Address customer inquiries and concerns related to order status, pricing, and shipment.</li>
<li>Provide prompt and helpful responses to resolve any issues or problems related to customer orders.</li>
<li>Work closely with team members in various departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.</li>
<li>Collaborate with coworkers to share insights and best practices for optimizing data processing workflows.</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in data processing, order fulfillment, or a similar role.</li>
<li>Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li>
</ul>
 
Physical demands:
Must be able to safely perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties primarily involve sitting, standing, and working at a computer for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for data entry and phone communication. May occasionally require lifting or moving office materials up to 20 pounds.

Description&nbsp;&nbsp;Scope:&nbsp;The Data Processor is responsible for ensuring all information processed by the bank is accurate and relayed to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.Accountabilities:The Data Processor will:· Process unposted items, reports, notices and any returns.&nbsp;· Receive and process incoming and outgoing wire transfers.· Receive, process and maintenance ACH files.· Provide excellent customer service both in person, electronically, and over the phone.· Research internal and external account inquiries.&nbsp;· Review file maintenance ensuring all information in the system is correct on a daily basis.· Process stop payments and closed accounts daily.· Process garnishment and levies.· Complete AVS, SSI and VOD verifications.· Complete daily balancing of reports and tasks. Review all suspended remote deposit items.· Oversee dormant accounts by sending letter and follow-up maintenance.· Print and sort end of month statement cycle.· Perform first of the month, quarterly, and year end tasks.· Participate in community activities as needed and any other activities that may arise.· Perform other duties as requested or assigned.Requirements&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications:Education:· Associates degree in business related area or&nbsp;· Specific banking industry education&nbsp;Experience:· Clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferredCompetencies Critical to Effective Performance are:1.
