<h2>A Bake Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver operational excellence and following budget plan to control costs and expenses. They are responsible for the overall results of the bakers according to the Dunkin Donuts standards, LFO standards and in compliance with all applicable laws.
