We anticipate a start date in March/April 2026. Cyber Operations Formal Training Support III (CyOFTS III) is a Cyber Schoolhouse program supporting delivery, development, and sustainment of cyber training across operationally relevant mission sets. The team supports instruction, curriculum and content development, training operations, and program execution at multiple Air Force and joint training locations.  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS <ul><li style="color: windowtext;">Active secret clearance </li><li style="color: windowtext;">Education and experience will depend on the labor category level.<ul><li style="color: windowtext;">Previous SD experience is required.</li></ul></li><li>AWS certified developer</li><li>MS Azure experience</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Perform software development duties consistent with the Software Developer labor category.</li><li>Provide senior software development expertise consistent with the SME experience requirement (10+ years).</li><li>Support functions aligned to DCWF work roles (e.g., DevSecOps Specialist; Software Developer; Software/Cloud Architect; Software Test and Evaluation Specialist) as applicable.</li><li>Maintain and apply required certifications within the scope of assigned duties.</li><li>Document and maintain software configurations, releases, and supporting technical documentation as applicable.</li><li>You will understand computer and software programming concepts and methodologies equivalent to: AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate, C and C++ Certifications, or other similar certifications.</li><li>You will collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.</li><li>You will design algorithms, scripts, and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems.</li><li>You will prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.</li><li>You will produce code based on customer and platform requirements.</li><li>You will Test and deploy programs and applications.</li><li>You will observe user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products multiple networks.</li><li>You will develop information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.</li><li>You will develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.</li><li>You will improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies, procedures, and programming.</li><li>You will assist the government with management of software licenses by maintaining a master list of all software license requirements, cost, number of license, and expiration dates.</li><li>You will design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming and scripting applications for integration into training systems and ranges</li></ul>

This is an amazing opportunity to directly support global Command and Control Mission Support (C2MS) program. You will be a critical part of the Cloud Systems Administration team, maintaining the C2MS cloud. 

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Focuses on the customer to deliver a solid product. </li><li>Responsible for resolving IT software and infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software or system functional specifications.  </li><li>Provides system administration for assigned infrastructure and establishes and maintains security as it relates to users. </li><li>Applies security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment.  </li><li>Supports new infrastructure projects.  </li><li>Maintains all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure. </li></ul>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.</li><li>Experience in Amazon Web Services, Azure, and other commercial cloud vendors. </li><li>Experience creating and editing CloudFormation, TerraForm, Azure Resource Manager, and other IaC templates. </li><li>Cloud Foundation Certification (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, etc.)</li></ul>

Desired Qualifications:
<ul><li>Knowledge of Kubernetes and Containers.  </li><li>Experience working in an Agile organization.  </li><li>Automation and Scripting experience using Python, Javascript, GO, and other scripting languages. </li><li>Experience developing dashboards in CloudWatch, Splunk, and ELK.  </li><li>DevSecOps automation and pipeline experience. </li><li>Interested in performance monitoring and developing KPIs.  </li><li>Knowledge of Special Operations, SOCOM, and C4ISR systems and networks. </li><li>Knowledge of DoD information assurance, policy, and regulatory requirements. </li></ul>
