Position Overview

As&nbsp;a&nbsp;Associate&nbsp;Software Developer in Test you will design, develop, and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;the automation suites for various products offered by HealthStream&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;technology&nbsp;best practice. Work with QA team leaders and developers to understand and refine requirements. Test manually and via automation any functionality produced by the Development Team.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

	<li>Help drive best practices including CI/CD and automation and associated development.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Help drive testing strategies and automation concepts&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Able to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;test cases and create automation for those tests&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Interpret metrics and alerts from various monitoring platforms to help direct&nbsp;appropriate action&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Able to interpret logs and correlate those to application behaviors.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Works with Lane leads and Product Owners to advocate for customer experience and behavior.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Effectively&nbsp;leverage&nbsp;AI tooling on a regular basis to enhance quality and personal throughput&nbsp;</li>

Associate SDET

Bachelor's in CS/Engineering preferred; knowledge of at least one programming language; familiarity with software technologies; 1-2 years QA experience; UI automation with Selenium preferred.

Actively seeking feedback to improve and starting to manage own career with support.</div></div></div>The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $43,984 - $105,600.
