<p>This 2-year rotational program is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience, mentorship, and meaningful stretch assignments. <strong>Your first year will be based in Jonesboro, AR, </strong>rotating through Quality Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering within our Truck Box and Large Construction Site Box Manufacturing operations. This gives you a strong technical foundation and exposure to core operational processes. <strong>In your second year, you’ll rotate to one of our other ATG locations</strong> to further expand your engineering experience and leadership skills.</p>

<p>The Supply Chain &amp; Operations Leadership Development Program provides participants with exposure to different facets of the business, our products, and customers to prepare them for leadership roles and responsibilities upon completion of the program.</p>

<p>In addition, the Supply Chain &amp; Operations Leadership Development Program aims to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide realistic job previews and functional exposure within Supply Chain and Operations</li>
<li>Challenge high-potential participants with stretch assignments, which accelerate the development.</li>
<li>Allow participants to contribute to the company’s strategic vision through value-adding assignments.</li>

<p><u>Program Structure </u></p>
<p>While in the two-year program, participants will move through four roles in at least two locations. Our goal is to provide participants with an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day operations of the position, work on projects that are value add, and develop relationships with peers and leadership at the site. Assignments are established based on prior experience, education, participant preference, and business need.</p>

<p>Description</p><p>Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support a program in Millington, TN.</p><p><br/></p><p>For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs.
