Lead civil site development projects; AutoCAD Civil 3D; grading, drainage, utilities; client management; multi-project oversight.

Primary Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Schedule Development & Maintenance: Develop, update, and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules (baseline, target, and actual).</li>
<li>Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily or weekly progress, update schedules with actual performance data, and produce progress reports for stakeholders.</li>
<li>Critical Path Analysis (CPM): Analyze the schedule to identify the critical path, bottlenecks, and potential risks, providing recommendations to mitigate delays.</li>
<li>Resource & Cost Management: Allocate and optimize project resources (labor, equipment, materials) to ensure efficiency.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and project controls teams to collect data and ensure project alignment.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6.</li>
<li>Experience: Previous experience in project controls, construction scheduling, or a related engineering/technical field.</li>
<li>Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, understand logic, and identify risks.</li>
<li>Education: A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is often preferred, but project experience is highly valued.</li>
<li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting on schedule status</li>
</ul>
