<li>Gains working knowledge of all standard navigation/visual simulation software and its interaction with other disciplines such as flight, engines, systems and autoflight software.</li>
<li>Performs an analysis of the avionics functions that are to be simulated.</li>
<li>Prepares Customer Test Guide under supervision of an experienced simulation engineer.  This C.T.G. will be used to verify that the simulation satisfies the simulator specification requirements.</li>
<li>Prepares math models, flow charts, and simulation source code as required by the aircraft simulator specification.</li>
<li>Performs standardized procedures to verify that the design meets the requirements of the customer test guide.</li>
<li>Presents and demonstrates the simulator operation to the customer and corrects deficiencies identified by the customer. This may include working at customer facilities.</li>
<li>Develops graphical representations of aircraft avionics.</li>
<li>Works with software and hardware colleagues, project engineers and others to smoothly and efficiently effect an integrated total simulation.</li>
