Develop realistic emergency scenarios that test response capabilities across multiple failure modes and coordinate regularly scheduled drills that simulate actual crisis conditions. Conduct thorough evaluations of drill performance using structured assessment criteria to measure response times, protocol adherence, communication effectiveness, and decision-making quality. The Reactor Operations Specialist will also participate in a variety of engineering and licensing discussions as needed, while dedicating the majority of effort to reactor operations and related responsibilities.
