A successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Project Manager to work within the tri-state area. Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and have a valid driver's license as a company van will be provided.
This role will require the ability to drive to the following locations for assignments:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

<li>Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.</li>
<li>Must have experience with:</li>
<li>Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilities</li>
<li>Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client.</li>
<li>Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team</li>
<li>Construction cleanups</li>
<li>Carpet extractions</li>
<li>Strip and Wax, Buffing floors</li>
<li>Pressure washing</li>
<li>Window cleaning</li>
<li>Hi-low dusting</li>
<li>General office cleaning </li>
<li>Training and recruitment of cleaning staff</li>
<li>Reporting hours to payroll</li>
</ul>
Bilingual English and Spanish skills required
Flexibility with working hours. Emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
