Requirements:<ul><li>8+ years of directly relevant experience, including Epic/Story writing and elaboration, technical design, coding, testing (unit, integration, and system testing with an emphasis on creating tests for automated execution), deployment, and the creation of documentation.</li><li>Demonstrated empathy for consumers and internal customers.</li><li>Proficiency in C#, ASP/ASP.Net, .NET Core, RESTful API, JSON, jQuery, SQL Server, No-SQL databases, and ideally React, Drupal/PHP, JavaScript, Python, and front-end libraries/frameworks.</li><li>Experience delivering Service Oriented Architectural solutions on either AWS or Azure.</li><li>Relevant experience in one or more of these technologies is desired: Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Functions, Transactional queues, Data Lake.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD Pipeline systems like Azure DevOps Pipeline, Terraform, TeamCity, Jenkins, Concourse, Hudson, and Bamboo.</li><li>Proficiency in CMS (content management system) and web services integrations.</li><li>Enthusiasm and expertise with rapid prototyping.</li><li>Expertise in ensuring quality with code development, including unit and integration testing as part of code complete.</li><li>Ability to adopt and contribute as needed to development standards.
