 The Full Stack Developer will work side by side with our creative team to create an array of digital solutions. Your position within our company is responsible for development of new website projects, maintenance for existing client websites, and collaboration on digital technologies. Full Stack Developers must have a solid understanding of website development and web technologies. Experience with the following software, programming/ scripting languages, and concepts is vital to this position: code editing (e.g. Visual Studio), collaboration tools (e.g. Figma, Git), and mobile optimization (e.g. responsive design). Web Developers don’t always need to edit images and graphics, but it can help to understand the basics of UI/UX design. Web Developers must also have the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and a drive to keep their skills and industry knowledge current.

 Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>Develop, test, and maintain websites and related technology</li><li>Implement solutions across a combination of frontend (HTML, CSS, JS) and backend (PHP, Wordpress integration) technologies and systems</li><li>Utilize frameworks (Bootstrap, GSAP) for efficient coding, advanced interactions, and optimal website performance</li><li>Participate in reviews, estimating, and discussions pertaining to code and developer tasks</li><li>Implement, test and provide feedback for responsive web development</li><li>Ensure company design standards for style, fonts, colors, and images are maintained during development</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software, and best practices</li><li>Implement website content</li><li>Participate in website audits and apply recommended improvements</li><li>Monitor technical notifications and emails to maintain integrity of technology</li><li>Set up and build out websites utilizing Wordpress CMS</li><li>Handle support requests and correspond with clients</li><li>Maintain general SEO awareness</li><li>Be available to handle incoming calls or walk-ins</li><li>Assist with Superior Shop</li><li>Basic photo and graphic editing</li></ul> Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
