DescriptionFULL STACK DEVELOPER&nbsp;Reports to: VP - Technology&nbsp;FLSA Status: Exempt&nbsp; SUMMARYThis individual will support a variety of technologies and must be able to contribute in multiple areas of the department. This position will create, modify, and maintain all software systems utilized by the company. In addition, this position will support, generate queries, and otherwise maintain SQL Server databases. We are seeking a Web Applications Developer to design, build, and maintain internal and client-facing applications. This role is hands-on across the full stack, with a primary focus on delivering reliable, scalable .NET-based web solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can independently deliver features end-to-end, contribute to system design discussions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  This role can be performed remotely, but candidates must be located near one of our offices and be able to come in if needed.
 
<h4>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</h4>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks</li>
<li>Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment</li>
<li>Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services</li>
<li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established standards</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to improve development processes and technical approaches</li>
<li>Contribute to estimation, planning, and technical decision-making</li>
<li>Support production systems as needed (on-call rotation as applicable)</li>
</ul>
 
<h4>REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS</h4>
<ul>
<li>5–8 years of professional software development experience, including full-stack web development</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core</li>
<li>Experience with Angular and TypeScript (or comparable modern frontend framework)</li>
<li>Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing and performance tuning</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Azure cloud services (e.g., App Services, basic CI/CD pipelines, or similar)</li>
<li>Familiarity with standard web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills</li>
</ul>
 
<h4>PREFERRED SKILLS</h4>
<ul>
<li>Exposure to microservices or distributed system patterns</li>
<li>Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps workflows</li>
<li>Familiarity with Azure Functions or serverless concepts</li>
<li>Exposure to AI/LLM tools, APIs, or experimentation (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI)</li>
<li>Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools</li>
<li>Experience with SharePoint / SharePoint Online</li>
</ul>

The budgeted salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000.
