About the Job:
Our Full Stack engineers use a microservices-style architecture to power our internal mobile app, website, warehouse operations technologies, and other applications. In this role, you will work on both new product features and technical enhancements, as we believe in building for the future to enable performance and scaling. You will contribute to our homegrown Transportation Management System, Availability/Reservations System, and our homegrown Warehouse Management System (WMS) that powers our warehouses, used by thousands of employees. You’ll also get to work on warehouse automation technologies, including conveyance, robotic sortation systems, RFID, and our WMS Mobile application, which is a PWA running on rugged Android handheld devices.&nbsp;&nbsp;
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment of the operations stack microservices to Google Cloud Platform.</li>
<li>Find architectural and internal design improvements to improve the performance of key product features</li>
<li>Develop clean, testable, scalable systems using Java, ReactJS, Redis, JavaScript, RabbitMQ, MySQL, MongoDB, Kotlin, SpringBoot, Splunk, and various other open-source technologies.</li>
<li>Deliver software on a sustainable schedule that keeps work-life balance in mind.</li>
<li>Work with business stakeholders to identify software solutions to business challenges.</li>
<li>Experience working as part of a cross-functional development team.</li>
<li>Use Agentic AI coding daily.</li>
</ul>
About You:
<ul>
<li>Degree in computer science, software engineering and/or 4+ years of programming experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>Professional experience with OOP concepts and design patterns using Java and JavaScript (ReactJS)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Learned from the experience of shipping multiple large, complex software projects&nbsp;</li>
<li>Able to learn new tools and technologies quickly</li>
<li>Experience working as part of a team software development effort</li>
<li>Ability to manage your time and juggle competing priorities</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills</li>
<li>Approach collaboration with curiosity and a learning mindset, demonstrating a willingness to mentor and learn from teammates and foster an inclusive, empowering team dynamic</li>

The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000 to $145,000.
