Kestra is seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic Advisor Platform Engineering team. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and maintaining engaging and intuitive software for our cutting-edge financial advisor platform.

What you&rsquo;ll Do:

<li style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt;">Translate product requirements, UI/UX designs, and architecture guidance into maintainable, functional software.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt;">Write clean, well-documented, testable code that adheres to development standards; contributes to shared component libraries and the design system.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in peer reviews focused on correctness, resiliency, and maintainability.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to scalable application architecture and ensure seamless integration across systems.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt;">Document technical designs for review before implementing significant changes.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt;">Author comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; maintain continuous integration and delivery practices to ensure reliable, fast delivery.</li>
