We are seeking a Developer Team Lead with a strong background in full-stack development and a passion for leading high-performing Scrum teams. In this role, you will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring best practices, quality standards, and team collaboration are consistently upheld.

As a Developer Team Lead, you will mentor team members, manage deployments, drive technical solutions, and collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, maintainable applications.

Technical Leadership

<ul>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Define and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Promote adherence to coding standards, security practices, and architectural principles.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Proactively identify and address technical debt to maintain a clean and scalable codebase.</li>
</ul>

Mentorship &amp; Team Development

<ul>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to developers of varying experience levels.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Foster a collaborative environment with an emphasis on continuous learning, pair programming, and cross-functional communication.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Assist in onboarding new team members and ramping them up on the team's tech stack and processes.</li>
</ul>

Scrum Process Facilitation

Release &amp; Deployment Management

Architectural Collaboration

Problem Solving &amp; Blocker Removal

Required&#160;Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>Bachelor&#8217;s&#160;degree&#160;in&#160;a&#160;related&#160;field&#160;(e.g.,&#160;Computer&#160;Science,&#160;Business,&#160;Emergency&#160;Management,&#160;or&#160;equivalent&#160;experience).</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">5+ years of experience in web application development.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Strong proficiency with:
	<ul style="list-style-type:circle;">
		<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">React and/or React Native</li>
		<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">PHP, Object-Oriented PHP (OOPHP)</li>
		<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">PostgreSQL and relational database concepts</li>
		<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">JavaScript, jQuery</li>
		<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">HTML/PHP templating systems</li>

	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, CoPilot, or Kiro.</li>

Normal Working Hours and Conditions:&#160; Core business hours are generally 8:00 am &#8211; 5:00 pm.&#160; However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.&#160; 

Physical Requirements:&#160; Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.&#160; Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting.&#160; The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds.&#160; The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.&#160;
