<h2>Position Overview</h2>

<p>Mountain Capital Partners is seeking a full-time AI Engineer to join our internal technology team in Durango, Colorado. The AI Engineer will design, build, and maintain internal software applications with a focus on artificial intelligence and data-driven tools. This role will own production systems end to end, including the architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing support of tools used across the organization.</p>

<p>This is a hybrid or on-site position based in Durango, Colorado. Housing is not provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for relocating to the Durango area if not already local.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>

<ul>
	<li>Develop and maintain internal applications that support operations across the organization, including natural language query interfaces, automated reporting tools, and workflow automation.</li>
	<li>Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations between business systems, including Paycom, Voya, point of sale platforms, and the corporate data warehouse.</li>
	<li>Design, build, and maintain analytics dashboards and operational tools for use by Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and resort operations teams.</li>
	<li>Contribute to architecture and technology selection decisions regarding the use of artificial intelligence across the company.</li>
	<li>Mentor the summer intern and future members of the technology team as the team grows.</li>
