You�ll sit at the intersection of high-level architectural vision and deep-code execution. <p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$125,000 - $145,000 annual salary</p>

	<li><strong>The Blueprint:</strong> You own the technical North Star. You�ll define how our distributed systems evolve, ensuring our AWS architecture is three steps ahead of our business growth.</li>
	<li><strong>The Forge:</strong> You�ll lead the charge in <strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaaC)</strong>, moving beyond simple scripts to build modular, self-healing platforms using Terraform or Pulumi.</li>
	<li><strong>Security as Code:</strong> You�ll bake security into the DNA of our infrastructure, moving past "compliance checklists" to automated, proactive guardrails.</li>
	<li><strong>The Innovation Lab:</strong> From Serverless (Lambda/Fargate) to Kubernetes (EKS) at scale, you�ll experiment with and implement the next generation of cloud-native patterns.</li>
	<li><strong>Cultural Catalyst:</strong> You aren�t just a "manager"; you�re a force multiplier. You�ll mentor elite senior talent and set the "definition of excellence" for the entire engineering or</li>

<p><strong>Your Technical Arsenal:</strong></p>

	<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 8+ years of high-stakes engineering; 5+ years of deep-water AWS mastery.</li>
	<li><strong>Cloud Craft:</strong> Expert-level knowledge of the AWS stack (Compute, Networking, Global Transit, Storage).</li>
	<li><strong>The Stack:</strong> High proficiency in <strong>Go, Python, or Rust</strong>. You treat infrastructure like software.</li>
	<li><strong>Orchestration:</strong> Mastery of <strong>Kubernetes (EKS)</strong> and a "Serverless-first" mindset.</li>
	<li><strong>Reliability:</strong> A passion for Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Honeycomb) and high-availability design.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>A Systems Thinker:</strong> You see the "big picture" of a distributed system but can still debug a VPC routing issue or a race condition in a Lambda function.</li>
	<li><strong>A Pragmatic Purist:</strong> You know when to build for the "ideal state" and when to ship a pragmatic solution that works today.</li>
	<li><strong>A Leader by Influence:</strong> You don't need a title to lead a room. You communicate complex architectural trade-offs to stakeholders and junior devs with equal clarity.</li>
