<p>The actual offered salary for this position will vary depending on multiple factors including the candidate�s qualification, education, position knowledge, work experience, skills, ability, work location, and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles. We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case. The salary range listed above does not include other compensation elements such as discretionary bonus opportunities, employee stock ownership grants, paid time off, medical insurance, and other wage and benefit opportunities.</p>

<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>

<p>The <strong>Senior Full Stack Software Engineer</strong> is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable enterprise applications across both front-end and back-end environments. This fully remote-friendly role requires deep expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Python, MVC, Blazor, Razor, SQL Server, HTML, and CSS. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance software solutions, integrate APIs, optimize databases, and support continuous improvement across the full development lifecycle. This position also mentors junior developers, contributes to architectural decisions, and drives the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies to support long-term platform scalability and reliability.</p>

<p>The position can be fully <strong>remote </strong>with flexible working hours.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable full-stack applications.</li>
	<li>Build enterprise-grade solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Python, MVC, Blazor, Razor, SQL Server, HTML, and CSS.</li>
	<li>Develop and integrate web APIs and support database design, optimization, and maintenance.</li>
	<li>Produce clean, efficient, well-documented code aligned with best practices.</li>
	<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.</li>
	<li>Implement enhancements and new features based on business requirements.</li>
	<li>Participate in full SDLC activities�including architecture, development, testing, and deployment.</li>
	<li>Support CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps practices.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, data engineers, and DBAs.</li>
	<li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.</li>
	<li>Maintain documentation, requirements, and technical specifications.</li>
	<li>Support change management, system health monitoring, and bug fixes.</li>
	<li>Contribute to the evolution of existing applications and adoption of new technologies.</li>
	<li>Ensure strong communication with stakeholders and vendors.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements </strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science or related field.</li>
	<li>7+ years of professional experience in .NET development.</li>
	<li>Strong experience with.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Python, MVC, Blazor, Razor, SQL Server (schema design, optimization), HTML, CSS.</li>
	<li>Demonstrated ability to build scalable, enterprise-level applications.</li>
	<li>Proficiency with data structures, OOP, design patterns, and performance optimization.</li>
	<li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS a plus).</li>
	<li>Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.</li>
	<li>Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-structured code.</li>
	<li>Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.</li>
	<li>Effective communication and teamwork skills in remote or hybrid environments.</li>
	<li>Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers.</li>
	<li>AI agent/automation or financial/architecture industry experience is a plus.</li>
