<p><strong>Mission Summary:</strong><br><br>Motional is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer expert for its Web Visualization Tooling team.&nbsp; This role will directly contribute through the creation of critical web tooling and visualization that allows us to improve our feedback loops for machine learning (ML) engineers and improving the performance and adaptability of our autonomous vehicle (AV) system.<br><br></p>

<li>Deep hands-on experience with the Google Cloud AI stack (Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery).</li>
<li>Proficiency with vector databases (Vertex AI Vector Search, Pinecone) and agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, Google ADK).</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of modern software practices: Agile, Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes/Cloud Run/Vertex AI Agent Engine).</li>
<li>Experience with React/Next.js or Streamlit for building rapid agent prototypes.</li>
<li>Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling in BigQuery.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.</li>
<li>Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.</li>
