Job Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer at Quintessa Marketing, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our current CRM system and collaborating with external development partners on scoping future systems, review UI/UX, and ensure integrations meet our standard. You will work directly under the Director of Information Technology, collaborating with internal teams and managing external contract development teams to ensure the successful delivery of a new CRM. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to guide and coordinate between various stakeholders.

CRM Development and Maintenance:
<ul><li>Develop and maintain features and functionality for the in-house CRM system.</li><li>Implement front-end and back-end solutions to ensure a seamless user experience.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring system stability and performance.</li></ul>
Project Coordination:
<ul><li>Collaborate with contract development teams to align project goals and deliverables.</li><li>Provide clear direction and oversight to contract developers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.</li><li>Develop and manage test cases to validate the functionality and performance of CRM</li></ul>
Testing and Quality Assurance:
<ul><li>Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the CRM system meets all requirements and is free of defects.</li><li>Work closely with the QA team to identify, document, and resolve any issues or bugs.</li></ul>
Transition and Handoff:
<ul><li>Facilitate a smooth transition of the CRM system from the project team to the permanent development team.</li><li>Document system architecture, development processes, and key decisions to ensure a smooth handoff and future maintenance.</li></ul>
Technical Leadership:
<ul><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and innovations.</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and team members as needed.</li></ul>

Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.</li><li>Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).</li><li>Strong back-end development skills (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP).</li><li>Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).</li><li>Solid understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams.</li></ul>

What is a Full Stack Developer IV?
The Full Stack Developer IV develops, integrates, and maintains full-stack applications and cloud infrastructure supporting SEF Energy IT operations, automation, and digital transformation. Independently delivers software solutions across front-end, back-end, database, and cloud layers, driving productivity and operational efficiency across the organization and its subsidiaries. 
In this role, you will:
·         Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications (React, Next.js, Python) supporting business operations and automation
·         Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS including VMs, networking, containers, and deployment pipelines
·         Develop and integrate APIs and middleware connecting internal systems (ERP, email, calendar) with custom applications
·         Implement and maintain MQTT broker, real-time data pipelines, and IoT Integrations for operational monitoring
·         Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) including schema design, optimization, and migrations
·         Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring
·         Develop workflow automation integrations (n8n, webhooks, schedule jobs) to streamline business processes
·         Collaborate with IT team on security hardening, identity/access management, and infrastructure monitoring
·         Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer for developed systems, APIs, and procedures
·         Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across application and infrastructure layers including on-call support
·         Occasional travel to company offices or data center facilities may be required, estimated less than 10% of time (must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the                    company driver requirement to operate a company vehicle while traveling)

Required and Preferred Experience: 
·         8+ years of progressive full-stack development experience with demonstrated proficiency across the front-end, back-end, database, and cloud infrastructure
·         Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and SQL
·         Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks and Node.js or similar backend runtime
·         Working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
·         Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
·         Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently
