Role Summary:
The Web & Systems Developer designs, develops, and maintains web applications, websites, and enterprise solutions in support of a federal customer environment. This role supports content management systems, automation tools, data visualization solutions, and digital collaboration platforms while helping ensure secure, reliable, and user-friendly system performance.

What you will be doing:
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain web applications, websites, and web-based services using dynamic and static interfaces.</li><li>Implement full-stack capabilities using HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, PHP, SQL/MySQL, AJAX, Bootstrap, JQuery, SASS, TypeScript, and related frameworks.</li><li>Develop and administer CMS platforms including Joomla!, WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Concrete5.</li><li>Engineer Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, PowerQuery) to automate business processes.</li><li>Establish and maintain DevSecOps pipelines and source control using Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps; manage artifacts and release hygiene.</li><li>Develop AI-enabled capabilities including LLM-assisted workflows and bot solutions, integrating APIs while adhering to security constraints.</li><li>Create and maintain SharePoint pages and content using web parts; administer permissions/groups; implement workflows and maintenance procedures.</li><li>Perform web content reviews/audits for relevance, accuracy, and compliance with regulations/policy; remediate findings.</li><li>Design and implement compliant links/integrations with other federal websites.</li><li>Assess emerging technologies for relevance to existing environments (software standardization, configuration and site structure assessments) and recommend upgrades.</li></ul>

What we need from you:
Required Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Technically qualified personnel who can understand, speak, read, and write the English language.</li><li>Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft 365 applications to produce required documentation (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Access).</li><li>Software experience with MS 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, VS Code, Xcode, and PowerQuery.</li><li>Experience with AI concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs) and bot creation.</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and/or industry-standard design tools.</li><li>Ability to implement and sustain secure, efficient, user-centric digital solutions.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li></ul>Desired:<ul><li>Experience implementing accessibility standards, including Section 508 and other electronic and information technology (EIT) accessibility requirements.</li><li>Familiarity with RMF/STIG-aligned secure development practices (role-appropriate).</li><li>DoD 8140/8570 baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) or equivalent; cloud/app security certs a plus.</li><li>Microsoft/Azure/Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900/PL-200/PL-400, AZ-204).</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study; OR five (5) years of Web and Systems Development related experience.</li></ul>Security Clearance:<ul><li>Active Secret security clearance preferred.</li><li>This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. </li><li>In accordance with federal government security clearance requirements, U.S. citizenship is required for this position.</li></ul>Work Environment and Physical Requirements:<ul><li>This position is primarily performed on-site at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. </li><li>Limited telework may be permitted only if authorized and consistent with contract requirements. </li><li>Work is generally performed during standard business hours, with occasional after-hours support based on customer needs. </li><li>Occasional travel may be required to support customer needs at other locations.</li></ul>
