Be a part of our dynamic team and let's transform the industry together!<h2>Staff Fullstack Engineer (Backend Focus)</h2>As a Staff Engineer on our Product Innovations team, you will serve as the tech lead for AI and ML-driven software builds, helping to bridge the gap between experimental pilots and production-grade releases. Working across the stack, you will design data architectures, craft robust APIs and webhooks, and build pipelines that empower the world’s biggest brands to do creator marketing.In this role, you’ll get to:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Architect AI-Driven Solutions<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Own the ongoing development of our multi-modal social content processing systems and brand safety applications.</li><li>Collaborate closely with lead data scientist and MLOps colleagues to implement and federate large-scale vector embeddings network services.</li><li>Design and implement agentic tooling and applications.</li></ul></li><li>Build Scalable APIs and webhooks: Design and deploy production-scaled backend applications using Node.js and Python, ensuring high performance and reliability.</li><li>Bridge Data &amp; Application Engineering: Audit database architectures, implement complex data pipelines, and interface with devOps/ETL methodologies to support data-heavy product features.</li><li>Drive Full-Stack Innovation: Support frontend colleagues building React (leveraging Joy UI or Material) and TypeScript interfaces.</li><li>Consult &amp; Collaborate: Act as a technical consultant within the organization, advising on best practices for cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and database strategy to support our Innovations roadmap.</li></ul>Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>AI &amp; ML Systems Integration: You have experience working with hosted inference providers (Vertex AI, Sagemaker, etc.), scaling large vector embeddings stores, and designing agentic workflows, enabling you to collaborate effectively with Data Science and MLOps teams to implement and federate AI services.</li><li>Backend &amp; API Mastery: You possess deep proficiency in both Node.js and Python, with a proven track record of building production-scaled APIs and webhooks that prioritize performance and reliability.</li><li>Data &amp; Cloud Architecture: You are an expert in AWS (Aurora, RDS, S3) and GCP environments with the ability to audit database architectures, navigate complex data pipelines, and interface with DevOps/ETL processes.</li><li>Full-Stack Fluency: You bring strong experience with React (Joy UI/Material) and TypeScript, allowing you to technically support frontend colleagues and ensure cohesive integration across the stack.</li><li>Strategic Technical Consultant: You are capable of wearing a consultant’s hat within the team, providing expert audits on database strategy and advising on infrastructure best practices to drive the innovations roadmap forward.</li></ul>Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
