Escalate issues to the Production Supervisor if they can’t be solved. Ensure Operators are performing tasks in accordance with SOPs. Lead, and capable of, applicable preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs. Stresses safety at all times. Ensure work areas are clean and well organized. Training of Operators where needed.
