Full Time Field Service Technician &ndash; Jackson, TN
Robotics and Digital Solutions (RDS) Division of The Hillman Group has an opening for a Full Time Field Service Technician in the Jackson, TN&nbsp;area.&nbsp;You would begin your career with RDS as a Kiosk Technician training on key duplicating (Minute Key), tag engraving (Quick Tag) kiosks as well as 3rd party service (Eco-ATM, Pok&eacute;mon).
&nbsp;
The territory consists of 20+ kiosks and number of hours per week is around 25. This role is based on experience, typically paying $21-23 an hour. Car allowance will be provided along with cell-phone reimbursement and a corporate gas card for business miles.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Essential Job Functions*

The ideal candidate will have experience operating, or be willing to train on, a variety of warehouse equipment, including High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker, as well as working with picking technologies such as picking modules, Autostore, Vertical Lift Modules (VLM), and cart picking systems.     </div><div>You’ll also get to:    </div><div><ul><li>Equipment Operation:  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Safely operate High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker to move, retrieve, and store products throughout the warehouse.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Willingness to train and become certified on all required equipment if not already experienced.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Picking:  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Accurately pick orders using JDA WMS, following established procedures and safety guidelines.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Operate within manual picking modules, Autostore automated storage and retrieval systems, VLMs, and cart picking environments.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure correct product, quantity, and lot/serial numbers are selected for each order.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Packing:  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring all items are properly protected and labeled.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Verify order accuracy and complete necessary documentation in JDA.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Prepare shipments for dispatch, including weighing, labeling, and staging.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Receiving:  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and accurately record receipts in JDA.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Unload, sort, and store products in designated locations using manual and automated systems, as well as powered equipment.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>System Utilization:  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Utilize JDA WMS for all inventory transactions, order processing, and documentation.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Operate and troubleshoot automated systems such as Autostore and VLMs as needed.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>General Warehouse Duties:  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow. </li></ul></div></div><div><div>   </div><div>The Person:   </div><div>You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
