<h3>Position Description</h3></div>ENSCO's Mission Systems Group (MSG) Division is seeking a Senior-Level Application Developer to support development, maintenance, testing, documentation, and distribution of Android and iOS platforms (and derivatives). &nbsp;The responsibilities of this role will be to be a key contributor to the successful delivery, ongoing evolution, and in-depth understanding of customer's requirements for applications. &nbsp; Qualifications Required: · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Bachelors degree in an engineering, scientific or a technical discipline with at least 7 years experience. · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Expert at programming languages utilized in Android and iOS mobile development (Java, Kotlin, C, Objective-C, Swift). · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Expert knowledge in the design and development of microprocessor-controlled systems with standard or custom operating systems. · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Expert knowledge in building and maintaining systems built for scientific data collection and automation. · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Expert knowledge in building mobile software using Android Studio and Xcode. · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Translate requirements into software solutions that supports the contract requirements. · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Provide technical support, troubleshooting, user support to help resolve Android and iOS platform technical issues. · &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance. &nbsp;

Lead and participate in vendor management – selection, negotiate, influence and manage onshore, near shore and offshore vendors – delivery and support.</li><li>Direct group in establishing goals and objectives and work plans, setting priorities, coordinating tasks, and reporting on activities and accomplishments.  Responsible for administrative activities - talent acquisition and strategic hires, termination, promotions, performance reviews and coaching including mentoring and career development and succession planning.
