Stibo STEP Platform Lead
Primary Function
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Master Data Management as part of Vallen's EDGE program, the Stibo STEP Technical Lead is responsible for the technical leadership, architecture, and operational reliability of the Stibo STEP Master Data Management platform. The role supports enterprise initiatives including Product Information Management (PIM), operational MDM used to manage core master data records, and analytical MDM used to support reporting and analytics.
The Platform Lead provides technical leadership for the Stibo STEP platform, ensuring it is scalable, well-governed, and reliably delivered while aligning platform capabilities with enterprise data architecture and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Own the technical architecture, roadmap, and operational integrity of the Stibo STEP platform</li>
<li>Define and enforce STEP data model, hierarchy, and attribute standards across product, vendor, customer, and related master data domains</li>
<li>Lead development delivery including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release governance, and quality assurance practices</li>
<li>Review and approve technical implementations including business actions, event processors, matching configurations, and integrations</li>
<li>Establish development standards, documentation expectations, and testing practices for STEP platform development</li>
