Essential Functions<ul><li>Independently develops clean, maintainable, testable code for work assigned; performs code reviews for all levels of engineer.</li><li>Designs solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.</li><li>Strong technical expert on the team; assigns work, mentors, and trains junior engineers.</li><li>Advocates for new technology and improvements.</li><li>Applies, and prepares to ensure, proper security standards for code development.</li><li>Assists in the development of strategies for the full software development life-cycle of new and emerging technologies and make recommendations regarding selected technologies and demonstrates the viability.</li><li>Creates technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing code.</li><li>Identifies and develops potential standards and best practices.</li><li>Proposes high-level application platform architectural guidelines.</li><li>Formulates and designs technical solutions to meet business needs.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned; years of relevant experience)</h3><h3>Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience and proficiency in the following areas:</h3><ul><li>Java – Strong object-oriented programming skills and backend development experience.</li><li>React – Building dynamic, responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.</li><li>HTML/CSS – Developing accessible, standards-compliant, and visually appealing user interfaces.</li><li>Git – Proficient in version control workflows, including branching, merging, and pull requests.</li><li>RESTful APIs – Designing, consuming, and integrating RESTful web services for scalable application development.  </li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>Experience or familiarity with the following technologies is a plus:<ul><li>CI/CD – Exposure to automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLabs.</li><li>SQL – Writing and optimizing queries for relational databases such as SQL Server.</li></ul> Skills<ul><li>Working Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.</li><li>Extensive Experience with quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.</li><li>Extensive Experience with approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems;
