The Internship Program with WPS Health Solutions is comprised of two key components. The first component involves gaining practical experience to supplement academic coursework and prepare for future career pursuits. This will be comprised of a hands-on role within a functional area related to a relevant field of study. Each internship incorporates responsibilities and tasks which support the business objectives and client service offerings, while providing ongoing collaboration with experienced departmental colleagues and exposure to "real world" business demands. The second element centers on exposure to corporate culture and professional development.
Interns will participate in discussions focused on building soft-skills and business acumen. As an intern in this role, you will gain hands-on experience building data workflows and developing features for our customer portal while learning from senior engineers in an Agile environment.

What you will do as a Platform Engineer Intern:

<li>Workflow Development: Assist in building and configuring data extraction and print management processes using platforms like Ricoh Process Director (RPD), ABBYY Vantage, or OpenText.</li>
<li>Support Portal Development: Help deliver full-stack features using React/Vite (Frontend) and Java or C# (Backend).</li>
<li>Explore Cloud & DevOps: Gain exposure to Azure infrastructure, including monitoring and deployment pipelines.</li>
<li>Agile Collaboration: Participate in Scrum ceremonies and track tasks in Azure DevOps.</li>
<li>Technical Documentation: Help document technical decisions and configuration steps to support team knowledge sharing.</li>
</ul>
