ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Write and test code through unit and integration tests to deliver new features and enhancements.</li><li>Triage and correct software bugs to improve quality.</li><li>Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and security standards are achieved.</li><li>Lead engineers in agile practices including daily standups, backlog grooming, and user story estimation.</li><li>Assist in resolving production outages or code issues to ensure stability and continuity of business.</li><li>Work closely with management and Distinguished Software Engineers on creating best practices and standards for technology.</li><li>Work with management to assist in the evaluation of Software Engineers.
