About The Role
Are you a technically minded engineer with a passion for solving complex network challenges and delivering exceptional customer experiences? AppLogic Networks is looking for a VAS Engineer - Signatures to join our Global Services team and play a critical role in supporting our key accounts.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of daily protocol development activities, working in a high-availability production environment where your attention to detail and investigative mindset will make a real difference. You'll monitor, identify, and drive resolution of potential issues — acting as a trusted liaison between our customers and AppLogic Networks' internal teams, including Customer Support, Product Management, and Global Professional Services.
 
What Will You Do

<li>Monitor & Test — Perform daily monitoring and testing of critical applications, system health, logs, and alarms with a strong sense of urgency when issues arise</li>
<li>Analyze & Troubleshoot — Investigate critical application traffic and detect problems using tools such as traffic sniffers, simulators, MRTG, PRTG, SNMP polling, and log analysis</li>
<li>Identify & Develop — Work on deployed solutions to identify grey critical apps/protocol traffic and design new solutions for monitoring and detection</li>
<li>Collaborate & Lead — Lead discussions and analysis with cross-functional departments to solve and prevent issues before they impact customers</li>
<li>Enable Customers — Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to customers, empowering them to better understand and leverage AppLogic Networks solutions</li>
<li>Communicate & Escalate — Serve as the primary liaison between customer operations and AppLogic Networks' Customer Support, Account Management, and engineering teams — managing escalations, status updates, and resolution timelines</li>

Required Qualifications
