Job Summary
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead high-performing application development teams to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions that support critical business operations. Required Qualifications:

<li>5+ years of experience leading software engineering or application development teams.</li>
<li>Proven experience delivering complex software solutions in a business-driven environment.</li>

<li>Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.</li>
<li>Experience working with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, or similar).</li>
