•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design, build and maintain batch or real-time data pipelines in production. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain and optimize the data infrastructure required for accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop ETL (extract, transform, load) processes to help extract and manipulate data from multiple sources. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Automate data workflows such as data ingestion, aggregation, and ETL processing. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare raw data in Data Warehouses into a consumable dataset for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with data scientists and functional leaders in sales, marketing, and product to deploy machine learning models in production. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Build, maintain, and deploy data products for analytics and data science teams on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP). 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure data accuracy, integrity, privacy, security, and compliance through quality control procedures. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor data systems performance and implement optimization strategies. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Leverage data controls to maintain data privacy, security, compliance, and quality for allocated areas of ownership. 
Minimum Qualifications 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases and database design. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working with cloud Data Warehouse solutions – Databricks, Apache Spark. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working with data ingestion tools such as Fivetran, stitch, or Matillion. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Working knowledge of Cloud-based solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP). 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong proficiency in object-oriented languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala. 
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Bash.

Job Summary:
mPulse is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across our web-based applications. This role is responsible for guiding a team of QA engineers, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and driving testing strategy across new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and QA leadership to ensure efficient and effective testing processes while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead and mentor QA team members, providing coaching on testing processes, tools, and best practices</li>
<li>Assign and prioritize work across the QA team to ensure timely delivery</li>
<li>Develop, document, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for web-based applications</li>
<li>Identify, document, and track defects; validate fixes to ensure resolution without introducing new issues</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues across multiple environments</li>
<li>Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and release validation activities</li>
<li>Track and report on team performance metrics and quality indicators</li>
<li>Support escalated issue resolution and assist in driving testing initiatives</li>
<li>Contribute to process improvements across QA workflows and testing strategies</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and SDLC practices</li>
<li>Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Skills/Abilities/Experience:
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and strategies, including CI/CD, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and decision tables</li>
<li>Experience with functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing</li>
<li>Familiarity with SDLC processes and tools such as Jira, GitLab, or similar platforms</li>
<li>Working knowledge of T-SQL queries</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java, and EDI concepts</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues independently</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Occasional off-hours, evenings, or weekend work may be required</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience</li>

<li>Experience working with web-based applications and QA processes</li>
</ul>
Preferred
<ul>
<li>Experience in healthcare or regulated environments</li>
<li>Experience leading or mentoring QA team members</li>
