As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer on the Crunchtime Suite team, you will be a key contributor to the evolution of our enterprise platform. We are seeking an empathetic systems thinker to collaborate with a talented team on researching and developing new features, products, and scalable service architectures.
This role focuses on building high-impact, customer-facing functionality that serves as the core of our user experience.&nbsp;
As this is an R&amp;D environment, our technology stack is intentionally flexible; however, our current technical direction leans towards Java and relational databases, with an eye toward event-driven architecture using streaming integrations like Kafka.
<h3>What you’ll do as a Senior Software Engineer I</h3>
<ul>
<li>Improve tooling and software that comprises the Crunchtime Suite, including potential Web UI, APIs, and other forms of integration between services.</li>
<li>Contribute to and influence design and development decisions across the Suite.</li>
<li>Work within a self-managing system using Sociocracy to drive continuous flow and value delivery.</li>
<li>Engage tight feedback loops with stakeholders to evolve our processes and optimize customer value.</li>
<li>Maximize throughput and minimize risk by using Pair Programming, TDD, CI/CD, and other DevOps best practices.</li>
<li>Use Jira, Slack, and Zoom to maintain high transparency and communicate effectively with your team and leadership.</li>
