JD Key Responsibilities:

<li>Work closely with product manager on SW design & implementation and technical requirement clarifying</li>
<li>Product level performance/resource trade-off design, bridge hardware team and SW team toward innovative & cost-effective products.</li>

Qualification:

<li>5+ years of working experience in broadband access industry – (switching, CMTS) data/control path or GPON & XGS PON.</li>
<li>Experience and knowledge of GPON & XGS-PON or access technologies is strongly preferred (IPv4/IPv6, L2/L3 network functions, VPN, QoS, Security, Multicast, CPE Subscriber Management, DHCP v4/v6, VLAN management, DHCP relay functions etc.)</li>
<li>Versed in C++/JAVA Object Oriented programming, etc. OO design is preferred;</li>
