This role will focus on improving DTN’s public web experience, supporting brand storytelling, solution marketing, content delivery, and lead generation.You will work across front-end and back-end systems to enhance site architecture, performance, accessibility, analytics, and integrations. This role partners closely with Marketing, Design, Content, and Demand Generation teams to deliver a best-in-class digital experience that reflects DTN’s market leadership and supports business growth.What You Will Be Responsible For<ul><li>Lead the technical evolution of dtn.com, improving architecture, scalability, and maintainability</li><li>Build and maintain responsive, accessible, high-quality front-end experiences across key pages and conversion paths</li><li>Develop and support back-end services, APIs, and integrations powering content, forms, search, and personalization</li><li>Partner with Marketing and Content teams to create reusable templates, modular components, and publishing workflows</li><li>Improve site performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards, and technical SEO</li><li>Integrate the website with business systems including CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and consent tools</li><li>Build and optimize form flows, lead capture experiences, and content journeys to support demand generation</li><li>Establish engineering best practices including code quality, testing, observability, and release processes</li><li>Contribute to and help scale a design system and component library for the web platform</li><li>Use data and experimentation to drive improvements in engagement, conversion, and usability</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform reliability</li></ul>What You Will Bring to the Position<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience</li><li>7&#43; years of software engineering experience, including experience building and supporting public-facing websites or digital platforms</li><li>Strong front-end development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) with experience in modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue</li><li>Back-end development experience building APIs, services, and integrations (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)</li><li>Experience working with CMS platforms, ideally modern or headless architectures</li><li>Strong understanding of website architecture, component-driven development, and content-driven experiences</li><li>Experience with performance optimization, accessibility standards, responsive design, and technical SEO</li><li>Experience integrating websites with analytics tools, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other third-party tools</li><li>Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern deployment practices</li><li>Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders</li><li>Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes</li></ul>What Will Make You Stand Out<ul><li>Experience modernizing or replatforming websites into scalable, modular architectures</li><li>Experience with headless CMS, design systems, and component libraries</li><li>Experience supporting B2B websites with complex solution portfolios and lead generation goals</li><li>Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, SEO tooling, and digital analytics</li><li>Experience with structured content, taxonomy, and resource/content hubs</li><li>Exposure to privacy, consent, and governance requirements for global websites</li><li>Experience working in industries such as energy, agriculture, weather, logistics, or industrial technology</li><li>Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Statamic</li></ul>What You Can Expect from DTN<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Unlimited PTO</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Remote work model (position dependent)</li><li>Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans</li><li>6% 401K matching</li><li>Unlimited access to 13k&#43; courses via learning platform to support employee career advancement</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li></ul>Compensation The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $109,500 and $145,500. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
