They understand modern application development methodologies, tools, infrastructures, and work cultures. The Principal Software Engineer provides technical guidance to development teams and oversee the technical aspects of all Java projects. They promote industry standards and best practices which integrate Security and DevOps disciplines to accelerate delivery of secure, elastic and resilient application solutions.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO<ul><li>Application and infrastructure design from concept through development and implementation while ensuring scalability, performance and maintainability</li><li>Provides training, guidance, mentoring and leadership</li><li>Leads daily standup meetings, hold regular training or refresher workshops</li><li>Supervising and overseeing all technical aspects of all projects</li><li>Provides maintenance support and assist with updates to existing applications</li><li>Implements the application deployment strategy, including automation and CI/CD strategies</li><li>Oversee, design, and ensure appropriate source code management policies and practices are implemented and maintained.</li><li>Provides guidance of DevOps and hosting server infrastructure.</li><li>Interfaces with external vendor to coordinate integration of technologies</li><li>Take part in continuous training in company policies/procedures and industry regulations.</li><li>Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, encourage innovation and a culture of collaboration by experimenting with and learning new technologies.</li><li>Responsible for recruiting, hiring, performance reviews and career advancement of subordinate developer positions</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
