<p>REDLattice is seeking a skilled <strong>Full Stack Web Developer (Mid to Senior Level)</strong> to join our Melbourne, FL team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and integration of advanced cyber-focused products and platforms. You will work across both front-end and back-end systems, supporting large-scale, mission-critical applications that interface with complex subsystems and hardware-integrated environments. This position is ideal for a developer who thrives in technically demanding environments and enjoys building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications (front-end and back-end)</li>
	<li>Integrate multiple software components into cohesive, production-ready systems</li>
	<li>Develop and support scalable backend services and APIs</li>
	<li>Contribute to architecture decisions for large-scale systems</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including low-level systems, embedded, and hardware-focused teams</li>
	<li>Participate in code reviews, version control workflows, and CI/CD processes</li>
	<li>Support secure coding practices aligned with mission requirements</li>
	<li>Contribute to system optimization, performance tuning, and reliability improvements</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Mid to Senior-level experience in full stack web development</li>
	<li>Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)</li>
	<li>Backend development experience in Python, Node.js, Java, or similar technologies</li>
	<li>Experience working with FastAPIs and microservices architectures</li>
	<li>Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows</li>
	<li>Experience working within large-scale or distributed systems environments</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of secure software development practices</li>
	<li><strong>Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance</strong></li>
	<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>

	<li>Experience working in cybersecurity or mission-focused environments</li>
	<li>Exposure to reverse engineering (RE) or vulnerability research (VR) environments</li>

	<li>Exposure to C/C++ in low-level systems contexts</li>
	<li>Familiarity with hardware design considerations (e.g., PCB design awareness)</li>
