Location: Quincy, MA | Boston, MA | Princeton, NJ Work Model:&#160;(local candidates required)<hr><h3>What You&#8217;ll Do</h3>We are seeking an experienced AEM Fullstack Developer to support a high-impact digital experience initiative with a leading financial services client (State Street). This role requires strong hands-on development across AEM (AEMaaCS and/or on-prem) combined with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js and backend experience in Node.js and Java.You will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating scalable digital solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams including architects, marketers, and product stakeholders.<hr><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and develop scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) across both frontend and backend layers</li><li>Build and integrate modern frontend applications using Next.js and JavaScript frameworks</li><li>Develop backend services and integrations using Node.js and Java</li><li>Work within AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and/or on-prem environments</li><li>Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and DevOps best practices</li><li>Integrate AEM with third-party systems, APIs, and marketing technologies</li><li>Support content migrations, component development, and platform enhancements</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and code quality</li></ul><hr><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>8&#8211;12+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on AEM</li><li>Hands-on experience with AEM (AEMaaCS and/or on-premise)</li><li>Strong proficiency in:<ul><li>Java</li><li>JavaScript / Next.js</li><li>Node.js</li></ul></li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments</li><li>Solid understanding of AEM architecture, components, workflows, and integrations</li><li>Experience working across fullstack development (frontend + backend)</li><li>Ability to work in hybrid/on-site environments (must be located near listed locations)</li></ul><hr><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience with:<ul><li>React.js (especially within AEM/Next.js ecosystems)</li><li>Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target</li><li>EDS (Edge Delivery Services)</li></ul></li><li>Prior experience in financial services or enterprise environments</li><li>Experience with content migration projects</li></ul><hr><h3>What We&#8217;re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Strong hands-on developer (not just architectural oversight)</li><li>Ability to operate across both modern frontend and AEM backend ecosystems</li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, consulting-style delivery environments</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills</li></ul>

As a Computer Science Co-Op at NBME, you will work on a development team that is creating solutions that enable NBME's mission to protest the health of the public through state of the art assessment. Our engineers develop and integrate software solutions that impact the online experience that millions of examinees interact with in order to become certified for a career as a healthcare professional. We're looking for engineers to work on areas of our current and next generation systems such as portal and ecommerce, exam content management, exam delivery methods, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design and mobile, API development, Data Warehouse, and scoring and reporting. You will be trained on the appropriate tools, languages, and have access to documentation to complete your assignments. To accelerate your learning, we will pair you with a senior level software engineer. And we are interested in your ideas on ways to improve our development processes with modern tools and programming techniques. In addition to gaining development experience, you will have multiple opportunities to gain corporate experience by being involved in an agile team, staff meetings, and corporate events (e.g. developer workshops). You will contribute to the production code base, and be a part of a collaboration between IT and business units.
 RESPONSIBILITIES • Obtain domain knowledge of the scoring team relating to score generation • Help develop frontend applications and/or backend microservices (e.g. Lambda function that uses non-sql data store) that will run in AWS cloud • Implement UI features in Angular that are responsive, modular, and performant • Develop Restful and/or graphQL APIs

<li>Experience developing automated tests is a plus</li>
