            <p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Machine Learning Engineer</strong> with a strong background in data analytics and product development to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career in Ashburn, VA.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and maintain ML models for various AI applications. Continuously refine models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.</li><li>Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights. Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and validate findings using statistical methods.</li><li>Develop and maintain robust data pipelines ensuring data quality and usability. Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure.</li><li>Support AI product development from prototyping to deployment and monitoring. Work with product managers, designers, and QA teams to integrate AI features.</li><li>Implement monitoring and alerting for AI model performance and product KPIs. Conduct ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability.</li><li>Work collaboratively within a large, Agile development team.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, +4 years of experience;</li></ul><p>or</p><ul><li>Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, +2 years of experience.</li></ul><p><br /></p><ul><li>Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data analytics projects.</li><li>Proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.</li><li>Experience with product development life cycles and Agile methodologies is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.</li><li>Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).</li><li>Experience with MLOps pipelines and CI/CD.</li><li>Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, and data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.</li><li>Experience using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, Plotly).</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment and data storage (preferred).</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>3-4 years of experience preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Clearance – Ability to obtain and hold a public trust position and favorable suitability based on a CBP Background Investigation.</li><li>Citizenship – Must be a US Citizen.</li><li>Location – Hybrid with on-site (Ashburn, VA) visits 1-2 days per week and if a mission need. All candidates must be within the GWA/commutable area.</li></ul><p><br /></p>
