<li>Participates in the software product development life cycle, including: feasibility analysis, project estimating, design, software development/coding, software testing and documentation. </li>
<li>Provides support for all software/service applications offered by the department, including: assisting first level support and responding to and resolving customer inquiries as needed. </li>
<li>Adheres to programming standards that have been established for new development and maintenance, including secure coding guidelines. </li>
<li>Demonstrates awareness of common OWASP security risks and learns how to avoid them through coding best practices and code reviews.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li>

	<li>No previous experience required beyond educational requirements.</li>
</ul>

Other Skills/Qualifications:

	<li>Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.</li>
	<li>Completion of web programming courses that include .NET and/or Java development.</li>
	<li>Completion of a data structures course. </li>
</ul>
