<p><strong>Role/Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<li>Provides custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques.</li>
<li>Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO tools developed.</li>
<li>Provides/authors documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews in accordance with the Government's software development procedures and processes.</li>
<li>The Level 1 CNO Analyst/Programmer shall possess the following capabilities: Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.</li>
<li>Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open source build environments.</li>
<li>Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education &amp; Related Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>Bachelor's degree or experience must be in computer science, information systems, or network engineering. Required experience, a Masters and two years; a Bachelors and four years; High school Diploma and 8 years.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>40 hours is the standard workweek. Some programs may allow additional hours to be worked as needed. A limited number of programs have on-call requirements where compensation is provided for being engaged to wait. In all circumstances, technical employees will be paid for all time worked.</p>
<p>BONUS STATEMENT:<br>All billable employees are eligible to earn quarterly bonuses that are based on the number of hours worked for that period. This hourly requirement is roughly 92%&nbsp;of hours available to bill in a given quarter. Quarterly Hours Bonuses are paid out on the same payroll as the time worked in that prior quarter (typically 21 days after the quarter ends.)</p>
