Reporting to the Application Development Manager this role will be pivotal in ensuring transformational solutions are well thought out, organized, and designed to push the state of the art of our platforms. &nbsp; ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES &nbsp; Solution Architecture &amp; Design <ul type="disc" style="margin-top: 0in;"> <ul type="circle" style="margin-top: 0in;"> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;">Architect end-to-end solutions on SAP BTP, aligning IT strategies with business objectives.</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;">Develop reference architectures and solution blueprints for integration, extension, analytics, and data management.</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;">Define resiliency patterns and multi-region deployment strategies for high availability and disaster recovery.</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt; additional SAP BTP certifications (Development, Integration, Analytics) preferred.</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;">10+ years of development experience, including 3+ years hands-on with SAP BTP services and capabilities.</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;">Strong ABAP development experience (5+ years preferred).</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;">Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, CAPM, CDS, Node.js, Java/JavaScript, and Python (preferred).</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;">Proven experience leading SAP projects and cloud transformation efforts.</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;">Familiarity with SAP BAS, Fiori Elements, microservices architecture, containerization, and Kubernetes.</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;">Experience with DevOps tools such as (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Git) and agile methodologies.</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%;">Understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, multi-cloud, hyperscaler).</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 8pt;
