Overview

The Quality Assurance Performance Engineer plays a hybrid role, combining software development and testing expertise to ensure the performance, stability, and resiliency of enterprise applications. This individual designs and builds testing frameworks, tools, stubs, and mocks, while also developing and executing comprehensive performance and stress tests. 

The role involves analyzing results, performing root cause analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve system reliability and scalability. Working across both traditional and modern architectures, patterns, and technology stacks, the engineer partners closely with development teams to support high-performing, robust applications and database systems.

The Quality Assurance Performance Engineer will:
